STORY 01 : PATIENT INFORMATION

Purpose of Travel:
Traveling for medical tourism to undergo examinations. He is scheduled to return home the next day for his daughter's wedding.
Contrast-enhanced MRI of the Prostate:
He is experiencing symptoms such as difficulty starting urination and often the urination is accompanied with weak or interrupted flow of urine. He had frequent urge to urinate and especially at night. Also had trouble emptying the bladder completely. Due to his age and problems with urination, a contrast-enhanced MRI of the Prostate was ordered for him to further investigate his condition.
Contrast-enhanced Cardiac Coronary (CCTA):
He is a regular beer drinker and also a meat eater with salted peanuts. Recently, he experienced symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath while walking for 10 minutes and exerting himself, however, symptoms often go away with rest, but symptoms return when he is active or under stress. He has a history of hypertension and high cholesterol and is currently on medication for his condition.
Due to his symptoms, a Contrast enhanced Cardiac Coronary scan with calcium scoring was ordered for him to further investigate his condition.
